The front desk won't tell you when you check in that there is a OL waiting. Bell Services leaves a voice mail on your phone indicating that your OL is ready for pickup. Otherwise, after you check in, see one of the cast members at Bell Services and tell them that there is an OL waiting for you and give them your name. Out will come your precious OL. They will even carry it to your room for you if you so desire. (When it's empty, it's easy to carry. Wait till after you fill it up and see.)
