We had a bit of trouble....
First, we checked into POFQ, they had no idea what I was talking about and said they would check on it for me. It took them a while to find it, which was a bit frustrating. Having it moved from POFQ to WLV was also not a smooth transition. I had to call Bell Services at least three times for them to locate it. Naturally, none of these comments have anything to do with Owner's Locker, but Disney really needs to get it together, LOL.
