Hey there, first of all, don't worry, as long as you are passing through Orlando by plane or car we'll have you covered.
Second, we have plenty of time and you can edit your Visit as your plans evolve.
To be honest, it's pretty rare that we look at deliveries and pickups until a week or so out so we won't even notice if you edit that Visit 10 times before you lock everything in. And, if I can brag, our systems are pretty good at handling whatever you throw at them and we have procedures in place at team Purple to be able to deal our Members need.
It sounds like a great vacation planned and we appear to have several options at this point. We can always meet you at the airport. You can always drop your locker off at any Disney resort if you are going to be passing WDW, even if you aren't staying there and we may well be able to pick your Locker up from your friend's private home. So worry not.
At this point, just choose "other" when you schedule your Visit and as you get closer to your trip, call or hit "contact us" on the OL site and we'l agree on the final arrangements which you can put in the special notes section on your Visit. There are enough hassles with a vacation without us adding to them...
