We just returned from a wonderful trip to Orlando and our first encounter with our locker. What a fabulous service! Upon arrival at the Polynesian we were told that our locker was there and we had it delivered to our room. We quickly filled it with stuff we had brought, then had it picked up two days later when we left for our cruise. The folks at the Poly had no idea what the locker was or what to do with it when we left. Poor John tried to call us (we were sailing away and didn't get the message until we got to Key West the next day!) but eventually he found our locker and returned it to the warehouse safely. He called to let us know that they did finally find it. Then upon our return from the cruise it was waiting for us at POFQ, and they did know what to do with it! Everything arrived back safely just in time for us to fill it up before heading back home. And filled it is! They hold lots of stuff and it was wonderful to head back home knowing that we will not have to pack as much stuff when we return to Orlando the end of next month! Plus our bags weren't overweight for a change! Thanks so much to John and Brian for coming up with this service! We can't wait to find all of our stuff once again when we head back to play in the sun.

Glad everything turned out OK. Top notch service is what OL offers.
Congrats on getting away from the crappy weather in Indiana. You picked a good time to run away to warmer weather. :)

Thanks for the kind words, Indy, and Rita is one step ahead of me (as she usually is!). Please head over to Deb Will's site and post a review for us. Well, you can read the rest of this post but then go straight there.
I'm sorry you had some problems at the Polynesian but I'm also glad for a couple of reasons.
First, I enjoyed talking with you and your husband while you were in Key West. As Rita and Kathy (who are Beta Trial Members) can tell you, I really like talking to and meeting Members. Brian and I made a point to meet and talk with as many of our Trial Members as we could. As we're growing, it's more difficult to have this personal contact, but I love it!
Second, as Rita and Kathy can also tell you (because they've heard me say it a LOT), I like problems because we get to solve them so we can make sure they don't happen again.
This is really Brian's area of expertise, but we've (he has, actually) gone to a lot of trouble with the resorts and, as you saw at French Quarter, it usually goes smoothly. We're over there a lot, by the way, and the bell staff there is great.
We haven't been to the Poly as much so Brian and I took a Locker and some brochures over and held a little Locker refresher course with the bell staff so hopefully things will go smoother there.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your views.

Just wanted to let you know that the Poly knew exactly what to do with the locker this time! When we checked out the bell person took it away and knew what to do with it. We also had no problems at Pop Century receiving it so the word is getting out! Thanks again for fabulous service! You guys are the best!

....... When we checked out the bell person took it away and knew what to do with it.
Unfortunately Laura, he put it in the trunk of his car.
He's spent a lot of time on this board and knows about all the cool stuff we keep in lockers.
If you go to the big flea market on I-192 he's easy to spot. He's the guy selling half filled bottles of shampoo, various feminine hygene products & Brita water pitchers.

Thanks! Too bad I didn't get his name so that I could at least ask him for the money from my stuff!
