Golden Oak At Walt Disney World Resort: The Everyday Adventures Of The Purple Van July 31, 2010
I noticed this morning that the name of Disney's new residential community, Golden Oak, had gone up on the signs at the entrance.
The entrance to the new community, located on the site of the old Eagle Pines golf course has been completed for some time but it doesn't appear that there has been much other construction that can be seen from the road.
Disney describes Golden Oak as "a new community of luxury custom, single-family homes in Walt Disney World Resort with access to the Four Seasons Resort Orlando."
It's located between Fort Wilderness and Port Orleans Riverside at the intersection of Bonnet Creek Parkway and Vista Boulevard...
