Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is one of my favorites for spectacular theming. The lobby building, El Centro, in particular is worth a visit just to walk around.
This hallway with the neat star lanterns leads off of the main lobby to the bar, Cafe Rix, the Pepper Market food court and Maya Grill at the end...
