You probably don't think of the Walt Disney World resorts as museums...but in many ways they are.
OK, maybe museum is too strong a word..how about a gallery?
Whichever word you prefer, the lobbies of the Disney's resorts contain an amazing amount of really interesting stuff.
Take these antelopes in the lobby of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House...
This pair of antelope sculptures has always caught my eye. They're right inside the door, just to your right. You can see the entrance to the Jambo House shop in the background.
For most of us, lobbies are just places to pass through...but slow down the next time you're in Jambo House...or make a special trip to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge...and just check out all of the neat things on the walls and in display cases...it's well worth your time...
