The Belle Vue Lounge At Disney's Boardwalk Inn and Villas: The Everyday Adventures Of The Purple Van July 29, 2009
I think this looks like a really neat living room in a big mansion. It's actually one of my not-so-secret hideaways where I can take a break to make phone calls, send e-mails or do posts on Facebook or Twitter. It's called the Belle Vue Lounge and its located just off the lobby of Disney's Boardwalk Inn and Villas.
If you turn right off of the Boardwalk lobby, you cross a bridge as you head to the Inn part of Disney's Boardwalk Resort and there it is...just waiting for you to plop down in one of the comfy chairs and relax.
The Disney resorts are full of little nooks and crannies and lots of times folks are in such a hurry to get from their room to a park that real gems like this don't even get noticed.
In the evenings, the Belle Vue becomes an intimate lounge with a very friendly bartender but during the day, it's mostly empty like it was today. If you need a quiet place to relax, read a book, do a bit of work or just chill, it doesn't get much better than this.
